All of our blinds are covered by a 12-month standard warranty.

Blinds Unlimited offers no cancellation right for our custom-made and made-to-measure products, which includes any blinds, curtains and any other made to order products on our website, unless otherwise advertised.

Unfortunately custom-made goods cannot be returned to us if you are not happy with the colour or fabric style you selected.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product swatch imagery shown is as accurate as possible, some images may not be a true to life depiction of the actual material or certain images may not be available. Any difference in colour is mainly due to the different settings of one device screen to another.

Lifestyle shots are provided as a guide to show the fabric made into a blind and the actual blind shown may not be the same style or type of blind for this product. If you do have any queries surrounding our products or would like further imagery, please contact our customer services department.

All blinds are supplied with fitting instructions, included in the packaging of your product.

MEASURING & FITTING

We have a number of great guides available for measuring, please find our measuring guide page here for further information.

We do not offer a measure or fitting service. Instead, we have made the whole process nice and easy so you are able to it yourself, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.

We simply need to know where you are fitting the blind – is it going on the inside of the window space (Recess) or on the outside of the window space (Exact). See Guide.

We supply all necessary brackets, however we do not supply screws/rawl plugs as each fitting location can vary widely. In most cases a decent rawl plug and 15-25mm self-tapping screws will do the job.

All our blinds are child safe. You will supplied with a P-Clip or Cord Cleat – this device is fitted as far away from the control mechanism as possible, this is covered in our fitting guides.

ORDERING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

As we are predominantly a made to measure blinds supplier there is no option to return the blinds you order. They are made bespoke for your windows and are not a product that can go back in stock and be re-sold.

We accept all the usual payment methods you would expect with an online website such as Debit/Credit card or Paypal.

Our team will always try to amend orders where possible, however due to the product being made to measure, we cannot always guarantee amendments can be made. As we are making products to order at speed, your blinds are often manufactured within hours of the order being placed.

Delivery is £9.95 per order (UK mainland only).

We cover the entire UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish highlands and Islands with no further delivery charge (anywhere else not mentioned may result in additional delivery charges). Please note that extremely large blinds or deliveries to any non-mainland destination may take an extra 1-2 days for the courier to ship.

All goods must be signed for by an adult. Customers can manage their delivery via the courier and make necessary arrangements – all couriers will make 3 attempts.
